refund Policy

At Cocktail Packaging, we strive to provide quality packaging solutions and excellent customer service. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency in handling refund requests. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our guidelines for refunds.

1. Refund Eligibility:

a. Product Defects or Damage:

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement. Please contact our customer support team within 7 of days of receiving the damaged or defective item, providing clear photos of the issue.

b. Order Cancellation:

Upon your acceptance of the proof, we promptly submit printing jobs to our production department. Following proof approval, a cancellation window of 4 hours is available. Orders canceled after this period will incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total order cost. Notification of cancellation is required within 12 to 24 hours.

If you wish to cancel an order post-processing in the production, no refund will be issued. However, complimentary warehouse storage is offered free of cost, and the order can be shipped at your convenience.

2. Refund Process:

a. Initiating Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at (support@cocktailpackaging.com). Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photos or documents.

b. Refund Approval:

Refunds are subject to approval based on the circumstances of the request. We may require additional information to assess the situation.

c. Refund Method:

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 10 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

a. Customized or Personalized Products:

Products that are customized or personalized according to your specifications are non-refundable unless there is a defect or damage.

b. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or damage.

4. Return Shipping:

a. Return Instructions:

If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please follow the provided instructions to ensure the return is processed correctly.

b. Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to a defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We reserve the right to update our refund policy as needed. Any changes will be effective immediately.
